Project: Construction of a new build house for investment
Special requirements: fully managed project with Aspire taking care of every aspect of the new build, and in line with the latest pandemic guidance, whilst also working around the weather and lockdown II.

This new build residential building project in south Norfolk is progressing very well and running to schedule despite heavy rainfall last month, making some days unworkable on site.
The budget for the project is also fulfilling the requested criteria with Apsire using its extensive experience of managing the supply chain to ensure success on this front, even amidst a global pandemic and Lockdown II, which affects logistics and availability of supplies.

This is why, even with very wet weather and a lockdown to contend with, this project is still running on time and to budget, and will continue to do so.”
The pictures show bricklayers on site taking advantage of a recent spell of dry weather. Altogether there are 10 operatives working as a cohesive team on site, every care is taken to operate within the social distance rules. Some operatives are bubbled family members while others take care to work on separate parts of the project to maintain a safe distance from one another.
Health & Safety is also taken very seriously on site, and at all times. One small example of this in action is shown in the picture of materials being unloaded on site. Cones and safety barriers have been carefully positioned to uphold the Health & Safety standard on site. The same consideration for Health & Safety is given to every process. This may sound costly in terms of time but it comes as second nature to Aspire’s operatives, all of whom are used to swiftly meeting exacting standards of work.
This new build construction project is now ready for the next scaffolding lift. The target is to install the main roof structure before the Christmas break and the team is confident it will achieve this goal.
