Project: Construction of a new build house for investment
Special requirements: fully managed project with Aspire taking care of every aspect of the new build, and in line with pandemic guidance, whilst also working around the weather and the various lockdowns.

In November 2020, we reported on this new build project. We also provided a further update in January. We’re delighted to announce that the project has been completed on time and to budget. Finished to a beautiful standard throughout, as seen by these pictures, the Aspire team worked with proficiency to achieve this new build amid the challenges of lockdown construction.
