Client: Private property investor, south Norfolk
Project: Construction of a new build house for investment
Special requirements: fully managed project with Aspire taking care of every aspect of the new build, and in line with pandemic guidance, whilst also working around the weather and the various lockdowns.
Works:
This residential new build project was completed on time and to budget, despite varying weather and the challenges of various national and local lockdown restrictions. The team at Aspire worked tirelessly to maintain all the relevant guidance with regards to social distancing as well as all the usual health and safety requirements. The collective extensive experience at Aspire was utilised to manage the supply chain, a challenge during the past year.
Director of Aspire, Andrew Grant MCIOB, explained “Successfully managing any building project is based on having the capacity, experience, adaptability and robust enough supply chain to cope and deliver results no matter what is going on.”
Each stage of the project was completed both to budget and time schedules. We reported on the progress of each stage here in November, January and June.
As can be seen be these pictures, the property has been finished to a beautiful standard throughout, with Aspire’s quality approach evident in every room.
